stretch bands are a great way to start. I love using mine with my weights.

I have a treadmill, and walk between 10 and 15 miles/week. I also have a stability ball, medicine ball, free weights and a resistance band. Except for the treadmill, they are all inexpensive, and can sometimes be picked up at yard sales.

I've gotten so bored with my exercise routine. I've been working out at home, because I am currently not working so a gym membership is out of the question. My cardio routine is great, I enjoy dancing .(not that I'm good at it) But as far as my strength training I am so bored. Any ideas would be much appreciated!
