I am new to the weight loss game. What are your best tips and tricks that have added to your success? The things that have helped me the most so far are:
Carrying a bottle of water everywhere
Eating high volumes of low fat high nutrition foods (lots of greens, I don't feel deprived ever)
Always having fresh fruit and veg for snacks
Allowing myself small indulgences to prevent binges(small bits of dark chocolate regularly)
Coming on Sparkpeople Cafe for support and to alleviate boredom (my trigger)
