I LOVE Motion Traxx!!!!!!!!!! I found them through Fitness Magazine, and I do their Bikini Body and Drop a Jean size workouts regularly, switching them up depending on time. I also subscribed to their free podcast, available on iTunes (free again) and put them in my MP3 player AND my iPhone along with 20 Minute Yoga Downloads free podcast for 20 minute yoga to do immediately after a walk/run/ride. That gives me about 50-60 minutes of exercise, which reminds me it's time to hit the bike-seeya!!!!

Let's Get It Started"!

A "Must Have" for working out is iPod! My Playlists are Random and I change them up often!

I listen to mostly hip-hop/dance when I work out. No-one in my house can stand it so I have to keep it on the 'down low' and safely hidden away in my Pod!

Think: Timbaland, Timberlake...Anything having to do with falling lumber. Though I did throw in some of the local flavor (Nashville, TN). This is a current one that I am working out to for Cardio & Strength Training. Not sure if this link works correctly- does not seem to show the exact songs.
