I bought a pair of shorts last summer without trying them on and couldn't even button them. Today, I wore them out to the store!

I am using the thrift stores as I go down in sizes, too. But it has been fun to fit into things I saved from when I was smaller. They were some of my favorite pieces, and I saved them in hopes that I could get the weight back off again. And here I am! I will probably give my larger clothes to the charity thrift stores when I am done with them.

I make sure what fits now keeps fitting-
yo yo dieting is bad for the skin keep, yo yo diet clothing in the cupboards allows people room to slip up..
I purchase recycled clothing and save money from the madness of always having new.. Cross in the house I have saved money on the backs of other people whom just throw out and purchase new all the time..

Oh, I forgot to mention in my fits now: my favorite spring jacket!

But you gotta admit, pants sliding off is a WHOLE lot better than "I sat down and my pants were so tight they ripped."
It's a fun problem to have!

OMGosh, my pants fell down in the middle of WalMart a few weeks ago, right after I dropped my cell phone into my pocket too...how funny that happened to both of us! I had gotten rid of all my skinny clothes a long time ago, not so much that I never thought I'd be skinny again, but because I have grown in tallness too a bit and also that they were very outdated so I'd be a fashion faux pas!

My mom bought me some denim shorts size 18, I put them on and they seemed to fit really well, so I ripped off all the tags, went out walking and they fell down! Ugh, I can't take them back now that I've worn them, she said they also had 16's and 14's...I thought I might have her get me a 14 for another next goal...they were massively on sale plus she had a coupon...knowing my luck though, by the time I lost down to a 14 it will be winter, lol.

Blessings, Michelle

I love this! I don't really have anything I am trying to fit in, I had gotten rid of all of my old clothes thinking I would never fit into them again.

I went out and bought some new clothes that are 4 sizes smaller than the ones I a had been wearing.

Basically all of my pants fall off of me as I walk up stair, or if I have anything in my pockets.

What is your progress in fitting back into your clothes?

Almost fits: knee length shorts from 3 years ago, a favorite skirt set

Fits now: some nice dresses and tops that I wore 3 years ago, had to buy some new pants and capris in size 18. Fun considering I was a 4X!

WAY too big: my capris and some of my slacks. They literally wouldn't stay up. Every time I put my cell phone in my pocket, my pants slid down!

Gone shopping in your closet lately? What fits now? Fun stuff!
