Today I made meringue cookies with 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 4 packets Nectresse, 3 egg whites, and two tablespoons of mini chocolate chips. I ended up with 15 lumpy mounds of fluff, estimating each to be around 40 - 45 calories (I HOPE!!). I'm sure I'll end up eating the majority of them myself, so why bother calculating the calories in each as opposed to a grand total, right? Haha! Next time I'll hopefully use less powdered sugar and more Nectresse...
Anyway, what are your tastiest/healthiest/most nutritious/lowest cal meringue (or other!) cookie recipes? I have a huge sweet tooth, so I am determined to find something that won't completely throw my diet off if I indulge. Thanks, All!
