Yes, especially now when the weather is so bad outside. I love Leslie but do get a little tired of the same comments all the time - so I switch the dvds up and do different ones.

I had a co-worker that used her dvd's when she first started her weight loss journey and she tells everyone that will listen that if they are starting out and have a lot of weight to lose her dvd's are the way to start. She also said that her doctor recommend them to her.
I love Leslie but no longer use her DVDs just because I find them redundant, but honestly she can be adapted to any fitness level from almost sedentary to highly active (just double time the music, add heavier weights, jog instead of march, etc.).
I have some other walking DVDs as well that I don't use. Actually, I don't use exercise DVDs at all anymore but used to love them.
I just exercise, I don't need the company of the DVDs, but they are a great way to work out.

One of Leslie's DVD's was how I started to exercise -- at the age of 52. That was 6 years ago. I started with a fairly simple 1 mile, 20 minute routine. Over the years, I have had my share of set-backs, but as you can see, I have lost a little over 50 pounds.
I got bored with her easier DVD's after a very short time and I have progressed to buying others -- some from her and some DVD's with other "presenters." But I still use a Leslie Sansone DVD once or twice per week. They work for me.

I just purchased the Leslie walking DVD. So far I really like it. I think it will be a nice start to my day and a way to get exercise when it rains.

I have a walking DVD from Prevention and I love it!!!!!
Does anyone use the Leslie Sansone walking dvds? I'm wondering what your results have been? I'm on day two of it and she really works you but I think I didn't buy a beginner dvd , but I go at my own pace, just wondering how others have done with her.....
