... you naturally prefer the stairs to elevators or escalators because they tend to be much less crowded, and after going up several floors, you still don't feel tired.

* you can go longer than 5 minutes on the elliptical or starimaster without calling for medics emoticon

* you can enter the gym or take a neighborhood walk without feeling live 'everyone's looking at you'
