- Clothes that were once agonizingly tight on you are now sorta baggy on you - You inwardly cringe when you see someone eating the same foods you used to wolf down without a thought - you don't feel "right" if you skip a day exercising - you find yourself looking in the mirror as you pass by and smiling
your clothes feel loose, your husband notices your curves again and taking a walk is enjoyable and not work anymore.

For the ladies only-when the dreaded 'cramps' come and you automtically go do some exercise because it's the best way to rid yourself of them!

You know you're getting more fit when... - every day tasks seem so much easier, from lifting up nieces and nephews to walking around the mall - your distance/MPH/RPMS on the treadmill/elliptical/stationary bike are constantly increasing
When instead of watching the clock in anticipation of a cardio class being over you get to the end and say, "Wow, is it already over!"
