* You walk up the stairs without grabbing at your knees or pushing off with your hands on top of your thighs ...

* You bend ALL the way down to pick things up and never consider whether you should just get down on all fours

* You remember to hold in your abs, even when you don't remember to hold in your abs

* You get in and out of the bed in one move, rather than the 10-point move you've been doing for years

* You don't care WHO sees you working out

* You turn down foods that you know aren't in your plan for the day, or when you do take them, you consider how much of them to eat

* You download a program on your phone to mark your calories and exercises

* Instead of sitting in the Dr.'s office reading a magazine, you open up your mobile ap and earn some points for reading articles and answering questions on quizzes

* You upload an ap on your phone that tracks your steps daily

* You remember how it felt to pick anything in your closet to wear, without wondering if it's going to be too small

* You take a double-take in the mirror as you pass by -- is that ME? Nice!

* People you haven't seen in a few months do a double-take when you walk by

* You pass the time reading or grading while flexing and stretching various muscles

* You have a delicious secret about stretching and flexing: you're doing Kegels and NO ONE knows it but you!!! (The women-folk know what I mean!)

* You listen to motivational and educational SP videos while filing or doing miscellaneous office tasks

* You separate out your snacks at the beginning of the week

* You think snack-size bags are one of the greatest inventions on earth

* You know what "all natural" actually means on a food label

* You know what healthy cholesterol is

* You take great joy in buying new running shoes

* You think it would be fun to bike or skate to the store a mile away

* Ten-minute increments become an important time marker

* You can't post a message without looking for a new emoticon

* That you will eat healthy foods the majority of the time is not a question, but a given

* That you will occasionally enjoy (REALLY enjoy) a less healthy treat is not a question, but a given

* People you've never met in person give you the most sincere praise and advice you've ever received
