I have felt the same way recently. I signed up for sparkpeople over a year ago, but didn't do much with this great resource. I tracked food and exercise on my own and did lose weight, but since I have really started to use sparkpeople I have begun losing weight steadily. All of the stories that I can identify with are really encouraging. There are others who understand and are motivated too!
