Thank you for the reminder - hoping that others (and YOU) remember themselves!

I have felt the same way recently. I signed up for sparkpeople over a year ago, but didn't do much with this great resource. I tracked food and exercise on my own and did lose weight, but since I have really started to use sparkpeople I have begun losing weight steadily. All of the stories that I can identify with are really encouraging. There are others who understand and are motivated too!

That message goes out to all of the Spark People that work so hard on themselves and get little feedback and recognition from those around them! I may not know you, but everyone has an amazing story to share of great things that they have done! I am thankful for you and your motivation! You are great! emoticon
