Thank you! I think we all need these reminders once in a while. I was feeling down the past few days because of life getting in the way that I had not had time to do much of anything exercise wise. Then I saw my dad for the first time in 2 weeks. He told me my weight loss is becoming noticeable and that hes very proud of me. Little boosts make it so much easier to push out that extra set of reps that other 5 mins of cardio or resist that sweet!!!!
