Weight loss is 80% cutting calories. I know I can't lose unless I go on a low carb diet like Atkins.

Hello - I just started dieting. This is my 19th day. I have lost 4 lbs and have strictly stuck to my calorie intake. I just started doing Yoga (gentle flow) and am wondering if this will help with weight loss. I don't to much exercise outside of this. I have over 100lbs to lose so I thought it would be falling off a little quicker in the beginning. I do feel like I might have lost inches, but not weight??? Anyone else in the same boat? Thanks much!
