Yay for you!
I've been doing yoga for about 10 years and it for sure helps with flexibility!

I need a little change in my usual routine and had considered adding yoga to gain flexibility. I tried part of the yoga DVD from the P90X series. The movements were slow, definitely do-able, and forced me to be more mindful in my movements. The next day my ribs ached, so I know I'm reaching muscles I haven't worked before. I'm definitely going to continue with this.
Congrats Yogi! The fun of yoga - at least to me - is that it is called the Practice of Yoga, because even the most advanced person, still has room to improve!
So I've been doing basic yoga stretching every day for the last 5 weeks, and today for the first time in my life I was able to bend down and touch my toes! I am so excited!!
