I am not interested with the philosophy behind yoga due to my religious reservations. However I would like to incorporate some yoga to my routine to energize and motivate myself.

I found these 3, 20 minute long yoga classes one for strength, flexibility and tranquility ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=jd5JdCl_qE4&list=P

)

Would it be OK to follow these videos in 3 day split fashion?
