High everyone! I was wondering how lean you would get with Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown and Zumba? First of all, I am 149.09 lbs and 5' 5." I have a chunky waist, not too badly, virtually no chest, chubby arms and HUGE legs. I am essentially a pear shape. I was wondering if these will help not only slim me down, but build a bit of muscle and tone? Any success stories? I heard that yoga helps you get in touch with your cravings (which is my problem), so I figured that I would try that and do Zumba. I plan on starting next week (as I have ordered the Zumba DVD's just today). Thanks! Any insight is wonderful.
