I'm doing "Yoga for Beginners" ($8 on amazon) by Barbara B. Love it! Great value for the money!

Kate Potter narrating Namaste Yoga is a great practice. It got me from novice beginner to intermediate now. There are some advance sequences but it gives a great workout, meditation with her soothing voice, and you can ease into movements.

Its a hatha-vinyasa style.

Give it a try! :D Youll like it.

The time comes when you just know that your in the right place.

Has anyone tried the DVD "Yoga for Stress Relief" by Barbara Benagh? I'm a beginner and am looking to try it mostly for the relaxation benefits (but if I become more fit and more flexible along the way - bonus!). Any other DVD suggestions? I'm not sure if I will like yoga but I'm willing to give it a try.
