Congrats on not derailing your day!!!! That's impressive. Sometimes the *dark* power of a tiny weeney bit of candy is immense, and yet you didn't let it derail you.

I have been off the wagon for a couple of weeks. Everyday I know what I should do. I just don't.

So everyday, I have tried. Yesterday, I stayed within range (!!!!), exercised, and stayed in range even though I had candy for lunch.

(I am completly aware that I shouldn't have candy for lunch) I'm proud of myself that I didn't let that derail my day!!!

Eat food, not too much. mostly plants.

The body was not meant to sit. We are made to move!
