So this is my second week and I have lost 4 pounds!!!!
I have not seen a loss of that amount for a very long time. I've been watching what I'm putting into my mouth and the sizes of those bites. I've also implemented two snacks into my day. I used to think I don't need snacks, but now I have a yogurt two hours after breakfast and fruit two hours after lunch. It keeps me full until dinner and then I eat a little less at that meal.
I've got to get started on exercise, but I'm sure I will start that soon.
I'm so happy
