What a great goal! I drink a lot of diet pop (which, I KNOW, is worse for me!!) Looking forward to cutting out the pop all together shortly. Good job!

cutting calories thru beverages is a smart and easy way. I gave up soda years ago and have never regretted it. Occasionally I will take a sip of my husbands or kids but it just doesn't taste that good so I don't feel like I am missing anything. Way to go!! Keep up the good work.
