You said it all . . . there are times when asking for help is harder than trying to do it on our own. Both the yell out and the quiet talk work as does a journal entry or a blog. Sometimes we just need to know we are not alone.

WE are only strong some of the times. Superman is fiction. So when you feel overwhelmed feel free to call out for help. It is not a sign of weakness. I think it takes a lot of strength to admit your limitations. If you need help please YELL OUT.
