The biggest problem I will have is the time to actually record all this as I go through my day so fast and not really paying attention to what I am doing. But I guess I will try harder to meet the goals I am trying to get to.

Welcome and glad to have you here...make sure and utilize the tools on here..they can really help. Like the nutrition tracker and hooking up with a team. Find one with like interests or goals...you can do this!

Ok so I am planning on starting June 1st as I want to see how far I can get this time and hopefully keep it off. I did this once but the situation was different as I did not have access to the things that hinders everyone. I did this once when I was in Afghanistan and what I had to eat was limited. I went from 223 to 193 in six months. The goal is basically the same I weighed in at 224 last week and I want to get to 184 by Oct 6th. A lot of work I know but I think the hardest thing for me to do is watch what I eat and how much of it. So I will start this journey and leading up to June 1st I will see what I can do to get a head start in the weight column.
