Last week after working out hard the week before (and eating healthy the week before that), I jumped on the scale and saw it decline from 150 down to 145. It was a 5 pound loss I was very proud of. This week I worked just as hard, and lost 2 more pounds. I couldn't be more happy to see the weight come off. I now weigh 143. I know it's still alot for my height (I'm only 5'2", and I certainly know I won't always have a loss on some weeks, but knowing I'm doing on the right path again makes me a happy camper! Here's to my first "Whoo Hoo! Button to Celebrate Success" message!
