I don't have as many mini-goals as you have but the ones I have are important. Since they say that losing just 10% of your body weight brings improvement in your health, those 10%s are my mini goals. I've almost reached my 3rd 10%. After reaching my 2nd one, my doctor told me I was no longer diabetic and took me off the medication. So I know that it really works and helps motivate me.
