I'd much rather eat healthy. A lot of those additives make me literally sick to my stomach, and they have a really weird aftertaste. Junk is still junk, even it proclaims to be light or low fat.

Eat healthy with the occasional treat. If I eat too much junk, I feel I'd just be opening up the flood gates. Besides, I've trained myself to be a bit grossed out by junk "convenience" foods. Eat healthy has made me not want to go back. I enjoy the food a lot more.
Really, it's no contest.............the trick is to love the healthy stuff so much you don't even want the junk food most of the time. And I don't deprive myself either..........Everything in moderation............Still, my desire for the bad stuff has greatly diminished over the years and most of the time I don't even miss it.........

Eat healthy for life, or Reduce Calories by choosing artificial products, just so you can eat "junk" food?
