I don't take them too often. If I do, I usually wake up really early in the AM. I live alone so no biggie to me. Good luck on your endeavour

I would also like to stop taking naps during the weekend. I sleep my days away and have no time to do anything...then I'm angry at myself. It seems to be a vicious cycle that I'm so tired, take a nap, still tired and angry. :(

Exercising regularly stopped my need for naps.
If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results.

You say that because of health issues, you can't seem to finish the day without a nap. If you have discussed this with your doctor, what is their opinion?
I don't know about everybody else but i take at least 1-one and a half hours to read alittle and take a nap i just can't seem to finish the day due to health issues without dragging thru it if i don't ! I got things i could use that time doing but can't get around the nap . Do you take a nap? What do you do if you get bored ?
The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !
