I don't take them too often. If I do, I usually wake up really early in the AM. I live alone so no biggie to me. Good luck on your endeavour

I would also like to stop taking naps during the weekend. I sleep my days away and have no time to do anything...then I'm angry at myself. It seems to be a vicious cycle that I'm so tired, take a nap, still tired and angry. :(

Exercising regularly stopped my need for naps.

You say that because of health issues, you can't seem to finish the day without a nap. If you have discussed this with your doctor, what is their opinion?

I don't know about everybody else but i take at least 1-one and a half hours to read alittle and take a nap i just can't seem to finish the day due to health issues without dragging thru it if i don't ! I got things i could use that time doing but can't get around the nap . Do you take a nap? What do you do if you get bored ? emoticon
