I am new to SP. I tried to find something on helpful tips related to everyday day life, not diet and food. If I was not clear I apologize.

This is what this one is for, to ask question and be helpful on any subject.

By the way, anyone can start a SparkTeam. It would be a good idea to build your SparkPage, join some teams, and see how they work first, but if there's not already a "helpful hints" team that talks about the kind of things you want, you're absolutely welcome to make one!

Are you talking about something like household hints, or money-saving tips, or grandparenting? There are already SparkTeams for all sorts of things like that. Spend some time exploring SparkTeams and you'll find groups. I don't think there's much chance of a new forum; forums are expensive to maintain.

If you really do want a new forum, you'll have to be much more specific and present a clear plan for what it should include, why it's necessary (which means researching and showing reasons that the currently existing Spark Teams don't fill the need), and how it would be managed and maintained. The "site and technical help" forum would be the appropriate place to present your plan once you've developed it.

I believe that is what the Cafe is for!

Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)

Would like to see a new Forum, NOT related to Diet.

This would be - HELPFUL TIPS - that would be of interest, and would be use by everyone.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO ACCOMPLISH THIS?
