I started with JIllian Michaels DVD's, then added Bob Hapers. Which I love all of them. I borrowed P90X from my brother and was SO BORED WITH IT. I stopped after pushing through 6-7 weeks. I currently am doing Tapout XT and LOVE IT. I am on week 10, and for the first time in my entire life I am starting to see the "V" shape in my abs. I just turned 40 this week!!!!!

I use Cathe's STS (Shock Training System). You can use it for a 3 month or 6 month rotation.
