Alone, since I don't have a rigid workout schedule.

Sometimes alone, sometimes with my wife. Depends on what each of us needs to do.

Alone, much prefer it. I've turned down all requests for a workout partner (not that I'm a great partner to be had anyway). The only exception is that I'll run with a friend on a rare occasion.

Probably 99% of the time I workout alone, every once in a while I will get someone that wants to train with me and they will come with me for a day... but then they think I workout too much and do not come back...lol.

I workout alone but if I could have a partner I would.

I used to work out better with someone because it helped keep me going to the gym. When my friend started getting "lazy" and not going as much anymore, I was already in a routine and just kept it going.

It doesn't really matter to me, but in the beginning, having someone to go with and help keep you accountable is a big help I think.

Do you workout best with or without a partner in the gym?
