I really like Fitness Blender's videos because there's a huge variety and none of them have any background music, meaning I can use my own playlists.

I'm doing Turbo Fire and the music keeps me going a lot. Sometimes when I don't feel like working out I just pop the DVD in and let the music do its job. It's not low to moderate cardio though. I would say it's pretty high intensity. What about Zumba Wii game?

I would also be interested in anyone's suggestions. I was going to see what I can find while shopping this weekend. If I come across anything good I will let you know.

Can anyone recommend a workout video other than the Hip Hop one's that have good upbeat music to workout to. I'm basically looking for a medium to low aerobic workout video that doesn't play the same monotone beat in the background. Upbeat music keeps me in a zone. Thanks.
