Being fairly new here I haven't quite got the site navigation sorted 100% Anyway, upon browsing the other day I came across a little button to do with a "suggested workout plan" or something like that. I've been hunting all over but can't find it again. I just need to mix up my strength training and thought something like this would be handy. If someone could help out a noob that would be cool, Cheers.
