You should always be able to regress the moves further. eg: wall pushups, box squats to a bench or chair.

When you say you're incapable of doing them, is that in terms of strength or cardiovascular fitness? For instance, with this workout (http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitne ss_plan_generator_details.asp?id=94) is it that you can't do squats, or you can't catch your breath?
If it's a strength issue, then you want to modify to be able to do the moves. For instance, if you can't do knee push ups, try them at the kitchen counter. If you can't do 15 reps, but only 8, that's fine, too.
If it's a conditioning issue, then have a look at the cardio videos on this site. If you can't keep up, it's fine, as long as you're moving and getting your heart rate up. So if you get two minutes in and are gasping for breath, start walking on the spot until you feel ready to jump back in. In the meantime, when you do the strength workouts take longer rests between sets so you can catch your breath.

I'm so out of shape that I can barely do the basic workouts that SP generates. I get bored with walking, and I wanted to try a variety of things, but I'm physically incapable of doing them yet! Any idea on what I could do and track easily for mini workouts? Thanks!
