It is a great DVD. It not harsh like Jillian Michaels, she does 10 min of just cardio, 10 min of lower body, 10 min upper body, 10 min of yoga/stretching.

i also have amy dixon dvd's. i have not done them lately maybe tomorrow i will get them out and exercise to that dvd.

I just did a 40 minute dvd with Amy Dixon - Workout in the time you have. It has cardio, strength training and yoga/stretches. How would I enter this into my fitness tracker?

Also, what is "rider" on the other activities in the browse section?
