Rachelle, you'll get there, I have 2 zumba games for the xbox, i have never attempted the long classes on it before (1 hour i think). now i ant find the one zumba game that isn't scratched 360 games.

Congrats on making it all the way through your workout!!! I understand how hard that can be - I can't make it all the way through a Zumba workout yet!

so if you have followed my past blogs or my facebook page, you know that I've been doing Turbo Fire for exercise . I give it my all and I really enjoy it (most days). So today I made an accomplishment!!!

Today! YES! The last few days of trying Turbo Fire 55 I had to quit 10 minutes early, 5 minutes early last couple of days, but today! I DID IT! I pushed myself and no back pain this time either, woo! I wonder how many calories I really am burning with the 55 minute workout? I'm modifying it cause well I suck at coordination but I am still moving! Weighed at 214 this morning so that's still on track, yay! slurping down some water now, before I tackle my toddler's messy room! Should I dare? Dr. appt. went alright, She thinks the side pain is joint related and nothing to do with cycle. weird, but starting new pills tomorrow. Hopefully they don't make me gain weight. Birth control I am on, well i've lost 11 pounds so far, so it obviously didn't make me gain over all! The exercising and eating right might counter act that, you think? Shew!
