I have been following Sparkpeople for 27 days. I have lost 15 pounds so far and I am already feeling better. I have plateaued for over a week now, but I am following my weight management program without discouragement. I know that my body's metabolism is in a readjustment phase, and soon when I step on the scale I will be very happy at seeing more weight loss. NEVER GIVE UP !!!
