Definitely just do the best you can! There's a thing gong around pinterest that says "No matter how slow you go you're still lapping everyone on the couch". Keep that in mind. A lot of the time when I'm doing a workout that involves arms and leg movement and I feel like it's too much I just drop the arms and keep the legs going. You can always modify things to make it a little easier until you work up to the feel sha-bang :)

Instead of comparing it to what you used to do, compare it to the fact that you could be doing nothing. A modifiied workout is better than sitting on the couch. Keep up the GOOD work. :)

Start slow. Find something that motivates you. Do what you can and don't beat yourself up over it. We all start somewhere. Set obtainable goals and over time it will get easier. emoticon

Start with the easier workout and work up to the harder ones. We all know what we "used to" be able to do and that just isn't going to happen right now. In fact it could be dangerous. Start slow and build up to what you might consider "acceptable".

Ughhhh! I am at the heaviest weight I have ever been and the most out of shape also. I don't know how to start working out. I used to work out but never when I've been this out of shape. I feel like I'm cheating if I do easier workouts because I used to be able to workout much harder. Though I feel if I push it I will get hurt and then not be able to workout at all. Where do I start?
