And there is a ton of stuff on youtube. Just search for chair exercises, wheelchair exercises, limited mobility exercises.

Hi!! I have been in a wheelchair over a year now. I have only gained 9 pounds in the last year. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do exersize sitting down. I need to do something that raises my heart rate. Thanks
