I love starting something. I also love changing it up (I get bored easily). Thanks for posting here. It means a lot to all of us in the trenches.

I am using a workout program from a fitness magazine that I had and wanted to do it a few years back, now that I have the time, I'm doing it. 2 more weeks left, feeling stronger, but I want to lose more weight, so I plan on doing more cardio in my next workout plan.

What's your plan? Are you using Sparkpeople, or something different?

I'm doing a 8 week weight training program and also a 6 week Keetleworx program at the same time, body is getting into better shape. Can't wait to change things up in a few weeks.
