It sounds like you are overwhelmed. Try making one change at a time. Start with making better food choices. After you are comfortable with that then try to incorporate workouts in. A workout can be an evening walk, it doesn't have to be something intimidating. The point is you are taking steps to become healthier. emoticon

This site can really help you. It helped me to pose my last 25 to 30 pounds. Nice you get motivated and see results, you'll stay motivated.

It is so hard to find time to fit it all in. My kids were 3 and 6 when I started. I got the, involved as much as I could. Bicycle rides or walks in the park. Once they got used to me exercising, I could actually get a half hour to 45 minutes to do it alone. My husband was a huge help with his support.

I have seen many people lose weight without exercising. Diet is so important. You can eat your way out of any workout.

You can do it. Trust n yourself!

A good way to get accountability and motivation on this site is by starting a SparkPage. it's easy and doesn't take much time. You can add friends on tehre that you meet through Message Boards, Motivational Members, or anywhere on here. You can join Teams too if you haven't already which is also a great way to get feedback, ask questions and meet people:)

I have read that up to 80% of weight loss is your diet, so it's definitely do-able. Just eat real food and don't expect some fad diet or overnight cure to do the work for you and I'm sure you can succeed!

4/1/13 12:58 P here is my story. I started weight watchers over a year ago, lost 55lbs and lost my motivation. This is my attempt to lose the last 24lbs in a way that is positive, and a way I don't have to go weigh in for meetings with my children attached to my hip. I am a full time employee, wife, mother, student, and any other hat I may have to wear at the time being. I find it difficult to maintain motivation, and want to lose weight. I was doing kick boxing, which seems to have bored me a bit, and would like to change my eating to eat less, and exercise less. I was working out to eat...that needs to change. Anyway, I am positive that God will direct me to the right way of doing this! God bless you all!
