it's just like dayshift, you just tilt your clock a little. i work 1p-1a. I'm up at 10 a.m. and at the gym shortly after. home by 11:15 and leave for work at 12:15.
breakfast: noon
snack: 4ish if the situation allows
lunch: 7 p.m.
dinner: 11 ish if the situation allows at work.
home by 2 a.m. and in bed by 3.
my calorie counting "day" starts when i get up to when i go to bed. since i work all my days in a row, that first nonworking day i usually sleep longer and my calorie count will be down. but it all evens out at the end of the week.

Im curious about this too. I'm about to start a job with lots of overnight shift work.
i was recently on a 12 hour day shift, 6am-6pm. i would eat breakfast at 4am, then a snack at 8am, lunch at 11, and another snack at 3pm...dinner at 8pm
I work 12 hour night shifts (7pm-7am). Anyone else out ther with this schedule? When do you exercise? How do you count your calories (i.e. by the clock? does MN start a new day? or when you go to sleep in the morning?) Just curious what others do in my situation.
