Hello everybody! I'm a 57 year old wife, mother and grandmother. I joined on 8/21/13. I took some time to check out the website, got some instructions and I'm off to a good start. Today is my start day. I want to lose weight so that I can hang with the grandkids. I don't want to sit in a rocker and get old. When they say LET's, I'm gonna say GO! I want to enjoy the rest of my time with my husband doing things that we were not able to do before. I want to be healthy so that I may live a long time, long enough to see my great, great, great grandchildren. Is that a goal or what? Anyway I'm off to a good start, clean out the fridge and pantry. Have my weekly menu, and started my weekly workout session. I started my journey at 294pds. As of today I've lose 2. My goal is to plan my work and work my plan! Looking forward to all the help as I begin this new journey towards a new lean, sexy, beautiful ME!
