Two sessions a day is great! I usually only manage one. You'll reach your goal quickly with extra sessions like that.

even small amounts of activity add up over the course of a day. Keep doing the small interval exercise sessions it will build consistency and that is one of the keys to success

The first time was for 15 minutes and the second was for 10. :) I did my very best and broke a sweat both times-- In fact, even moreso in the 10 minutes one later tonight. Praise God, lol.

:) It may not be much to some, but it's a lot to me. I'm so happy.
