Definitely want to echo that reply: getting fit will give you so much more energy and confidence that skipping on it isn't worth it in the long run. The stronger you get the more you'll feel like doing, so the thought won't even enter your mind to skip! Once it becomes habit you'll learn to love it. Keep it up!

That's great!! Good for you!! I've read that working out and making healthy choices helps your brain and body work better to allow you to be more productive and efficient. So really you didn't lose much time at all. Keep reminding yourself of how important your health is when things get busy. You won't regret taking the time for it.

Today I worked out, despite having a ton to do. Normally I would put my work in front of my health, but I chose today to do something good for myself. Hopefully I can continue the trend and allow myself time away from work for myself.
