After about 4-6 weeks of doing the same thing all the time, your body gets used to it. Additional exercise is what's going to shake things up and help with weight loss. So I wouldn't count your job as exercise, but in your program setup it asked for your activity level throughout the day. Since you have an active job, account for that there and it will be reflected in your recommended calorie range.

I work at a job that has me doing a lot of lifting and moving for my entire shift. How does this affect my exercise count for the day?
