You are amazing! You are taking on those hurdles like an Olympic Hurdles Champion! Those strategies are very impressive. It's no wonder that those pounds are melting off and those muscles strengthening and firming. You are doing a great job - keep Sparking!

Just a quick WooHoo moment for me.
I have been ill with cold/flu so did not go out the house in the sub freezing conditions on monday. So instead i decided to run up and down the stairs. In total i ran 1300 stairs up and back down.
Now as i seriously over done the stairs i have not been able to walk properly and climb stairs up or down without being on all fours.
So my WooHoo moment came as i decided i still needed my exercise so have still have been swimming every morning for 1.5 hoursish but as normally would go the gym in the evening (Unble to, due to pain) i have been swimming on the evening for 2 hours each time..
Thats it nothing major but im happy with my new frame of mind to work around physical barriers and get plenty of exercise in..
Now down 76lbs so far in 13weeks.. 60lbs to go (Weigh in friday)
Start weight 3 september when joined SP 336lbs not 260lbs :-)
