I've found tons of resources and support here at sparkpeople, and you can, too. Just jump in and start participating. I was surprised at how much being active on the boards and tracking food and exercise helps. Jump right in!

Welcome. I joined about a month ago and being here has sure helped me stay on track. Work the trackers to their max, track your spark points, use the videos for the exercises and motivation. There a host of features on here but ultimately it depends on you and your desire to make changes.
The people on here are also a great resource. We are all in this together and can find help and motivation from each other.

Welcome! Sparkpeople is awesome! The nutrition tracker gets easier to use the more you enter (and favorite) foods you love, and trying new recipes and finding out the nutritional info for your own is super easy at sparkrecipes! Spark teams can be a really great source for motivation and support- so check some out that interest you! They can make a huge difference!
