I've only been at it a week, but didn't really strictly start it properly until Wednesday. All I've done so far is cut out fizzy drinks completely, no takeaways and watching my portion sizes and doing more walking/taking the stairs to my 6th floor flat.
I've been using the My Fitness Pal app as I find that an easier food tracker than the one on here as I can scan the barcodes of the food/drinks I use which is more convenient.

Congratulations!! This is the best program I have ever done and trust me I have done many! It works as long as you are willing to do the work. And obviously you are well on your way! Congrats again and keep up the hard work!
