As a side note, though, definitely find another way to reward yourself not food related. How much sense does it make to reward weight loss with an unhealthy food choice? I definitely believe in giving into cravings, I do all the time in moderation, but only when you have them, not as a reward. You're working too hard to do that to yourself!

Congratulations!!! I always weigh on Saturday mornings. So on that day, I allow myself to have a treat or eat more of my healthy food, which I love!

It's a bit sad when your aim in life is to become overweight, isn't it! But the nurse weighed me today and now I'm officially overweight - no longer obese! Maybe I shouldn't have had the apple Danish to celebrate, but it was very nice!!
