I was stuck after loosing 7 lbs and thanks to advice from other members and my sister I finally figured out that I was not eating enough for my increased activity level. So two days ago I upped my calorie intake by 200 calories a day and not only did I not gain weight I have actually lost .5 lb in 2 days...WOOHOO. Heres to figuring it out with help from other spark members!
