Lucky. My phone two old to use an app like that. emoticon I've been real good about writing my food down while out and about. Having to go over to the Aunt's for the past two days really made me test my tracking ability. emoticon

I've really been surprised at how easy it is to track with the new iPhone App for SparkPeople. Total breeze!

Thanks. Another perfect day of tracking. I had a light breakfast, lunch, and snack so I could have pizza for dinner. stayed on track for the day and got a lot of exercise in. emoticon

Tracking is sure going to be the way to go. I had to think real hard tonight. Went to a buffet bar with my Aunt and got full on two tacos loaded with veggies. (I was able to make them myself so cut back on a few dairy things as well) I also had a tossed salad with a few veggies added in and with one boiled egg. I also had one cup of claim chowder. For my second trip I loaded up on fruit. That's it fruit. I wasn't able to finish the fruit I had. That meal, breakfast, and my snake made it to where I had to find a way to have very little fat. So I made a tossed salad with re fried beans and jalapeno's. My dressing was Salsa verde and some taco bell hot sauce. (I have a stash of them lol) It made me egual out to my limit on fat today. Everything else was right in range. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Tracking daily really helps, when I dont track I tend to eat more. Congrats and keep up the hard work! emoticon

Yes they do...you have about 10 months till that wedding keep tracking and making progress you can do it!

I've been able to track for a solid 5 days now. It was hard to get determined to track, but since I've been tracking this last week it help me lose 2lbs. Now I need to keep the tracking up so I can keep the progress up. Need to get fit and healthy for my Wedding in October.
