AWESOME! I love your mindset, I have 5 pound goals aswell, its a good way to look at the smaller picture and not be easily as overwhelmed.

So this time I'm taking my weight loss in 5lb increments. It's so much easier to for me to set a goal of 5lbs and then reach it, then set another goal at another 5lbs, and so on... I don'thave to wait until the "goal number" for a feel good celebration. I can do it every five lbs! So today....TODAY!!.... I met my third 5 lb goal!!
Thank you SparkPeeps! I love reading your stories and I'm inspired by you all each and every day! My weight does fluctuate through the week so I may go up and down a little, but I'm going to celebrate today... because I can!!! Yay! emoticon
